When You Are Charged

Billing Descriptor
Charges may appear on your statement as THE OREGA SHIELD, MEDIAGOATS, or SHOPIFY* THE OREGA SHIELD depending on your payment provider.
Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
If you select a subscription option, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis (typically every 30 days) until you cancel. You may cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Manage subscriptions through your customer account or contact help@theoregashield.com.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for eligibility details.
Payment Security
All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Failed or Declined Payments
