Eligibility for Refunds

- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible.
- Shipping and handling fees on the original order are non-refundable.
- For dietary supplements, a physical return is not required. Contact us by email to request your refund.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
How to Request a Refund

- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Eligible Refunds
- Requests submitted outside the 30-day guarantee period.
- Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the 30-day window from the original order delivery date.
- Shipping and handling fees on the original order.
Subscriptions
If your order includes a subscription, you are responsible for managing or canceling it within the 30-day guarantee period. Subscription renewals that occur after this window are not eligible for refunds under this policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
