At The Orega Shield, operated by MediaGoats INC, we work hard to process and ship orders quickly and reliably. This page covers everything you need to know about shipping costs, delivery times, and tracking for U.S. and international orders.
Ships From
All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
United States — Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. All prices are in USD.

Total estimated delivery (U.S.): 6–11 business days (1–3 days processing + 5–8 days transit). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.
International Shipping — Rest of World
We also ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and the carrier selected. We use trusted carriers including:
- DHL Express — DHL Express Worldwide
- FedEx — FedEx International Connect Plus
- USPS — First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, and Priority Mail Express International
International delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are shown at checkout. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country — these are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Shipping Costs at Checkout
The exact shipping charge for your order is always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For U.S. orders, you will see $8.95 for orders under $10 or Free for orders of $10 or more. For international orders, the applicable DHL, FedEx, or USPS rate will be calculated automatically.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur. The Orega Shield is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as one-time purchases. Manage, pause, or cancel subscriptions through your customer account or by contacting help@theoregashield.com.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional processing time and shipping fees.
